Next up will be the Excise Division calling everyone and confirming that the signer did sign the petition. Then a preliminary hearing will be scheduled. When that is scheduled, the Excise people will post lots of information about when and where that will be.

If you are a neighbor eligible to sign the petition (people living within 350 ft of our front door who are also registered voters), but did not have an opportunity to sign and would like to, please give us a shout. We do have enough signatures, but some extras are good. We can add signatures up until three days before the hearing, which hasn't been scheduled yet.
